Good Housekeeping Crab Cakes
This recipe comes from Good Housekeeping Magazine. Very good!!
Ingredients
1 lb. Crabmeat
¼ cu. bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 T mayonnaise
1 t Dijon Mustard
¼ t. Worcestershire Sauce
½ t. salt
Pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients and form into 6 patties. Fry in small amount of cooking oil until golden brown.
If you'd rather, they can be baked at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. If baking, be sure to generously oil bottom of baking pan. Turn about halfway through baking time for better browning.
