Really good gravy. Not even going to give instructions for roasting, or frying, or bbq sausages. Nor for mashed potatoes.

Gooey Meat 30-Or-Less
Although I have browned the meat rolls before adding the water I have to admit it is a large pain to try to turn them without breaking the roll (even when sealed with toothpicks). So, now I just melt about 3 T of butter in the bottom of my large skillet. Add the rolls. And after a few minutes add the water etc. and simmer for an hour. It works really well and looks very good too.
Beef Meat
Makes an extremely tender, flavorful beef roast. It works wonderfully well on boneless pork chops.

This dish is very rich. I made it using very thin cut chicken breast. I would do the same again but would cut the breasts in two pieces. Ending up with about 16 pieces if you are making a whole recipe

This recipe comes from the Pioneer Woman's Dinnertime Cookbook. Probably the best recipe I have ever used for this dish. Highly recommend.

This is really good. But the best part, to me, was the method of coating the chicken for sautéing. I would use this coating for chicken parm. It’s that good, I plan to try it with eggplant parm too.

This was really good. I did marinade the steaks for about 24 hours before preparing.
Beef Meat 30-To-An-Hour
This recipe was lifted right out of the Pioneer Woman's Dinnertime Cookbook. It is so good. I usually make it using Pork Steaks and so you need to add about 10 minutes to the last cooking time in order for the steaks to be done.
This dish has a lot of ingredients and steps, but it is fairly fast to do. If your garlic is roasted and ready to go, it is something that only takes about 1/2 an hour or so.
Served with mashed potatoes and a vegetable!
Pork Meat
This marinade works well on a pork loin roast. It is also very good for pork tenderloin that is cooked on a grill in the air fryer.
