Breakfast casserole to do ahead. Very delicious.

So easy. Can be made the night before. This recipe will fill a 9x13 baking dish. In the interest of keeping honest, I use both precooked sausage and bacon for this recipe.

If you are an eggplant fan you will love this. I was surprised how well it turned out. And, no frying!!!

This is a really good dish. Recipe comes from the Cookbook published by the Rochester Historical Society in 2017. Pat Alagna is the name of the person who submitted this. Just wanted to give credit where it is due.

This recipe is great to do either on top of range or in the Crock Pot. Excellent for serving to guests because it can all be done ahead of time. Just make Egg Noodles, thicken sauce, and serve with a salad.

This is a very easy version of potatoes au gratin that I have found. By cooking potatoes on stovetop it is so much quicker when you put the finished assembled dish in the oven. You can also make this ahead of time up to the baking step.

This is very good and very fast and can be put together and refrigerated overnight. You can also add cubed bread if you like.

This was a great Sage family favorite!!! One of a hundred ways to stretch a pound of ground beef.

This is really good. It does taste exactly like stuffed peppers without the bother of cleaning and stuffing the peppers (which most people don't eat anyway). In this casserole you slice up two peppers and mix everything together and bake.

You can barely tell is cream cheese.
