Ingredients

1 lb. cod, flounder or haddock fillets
1 lb. medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
butter or margarine
1 lb. sliced mushrooms
⅓ cu. flour
1 t. salt
⅛ t. pepper
4 cu. half and half
1 cu. milk
1 pkg. frozen peas
6 ounces crab meat
¼ cu. Sherry
¾ cu. shredded cheese
Paprika

Directions

Cut fish into bite size chunks.

In 4 qt. saucepan, over medium heat, cook mushrooms in 3 T butter until tender, stirring occasionally. Remove mushrooms from pan. Melt 4 T butter in same pan. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until blended. Cook one minute. Gradually stir in half and half and milk until smooth.

Add fish chunks, shrimp, frozen peas and crabmeat. Add sherry and mushrooms. Cook, stirring frequently, until fish flakes, shrimp is pink and tender, and mixture is thickened. Stir in cheese. Cook until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with Paprika.
