Baked Baby Back Pork Ribs
Includes recipe for good rib marinade.
Ingredients
Cut ribs into individual ribs
Marinade:
1-½ cu. Red wine
½ cu. Water
2 T Paprika
3 T Sherry Vinegar
1-½ T Brown Sugar
1 T Salt
Directions
Mix marinade ingredients. Pour over ribs and marinade in a plastic bag approximately 24 hours – turn bag every now and again
Arrange ribs in single layer in baking pan. Pour marinade over ribs. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 1-½ hours. Turn ribs 3 or 4 times during baking time.
