Marinated Steak
For this recipe, you can use chuck, sirloin or round steak. Or, you can use it for pork chops or even chicken pieces.
Ingredients
½ cu. oil
½ cu. wine vinegar
1 cloves garlic, minced
1 t. oregano or basil
¼ cu. soy sauce
2 T brown sugar
Directions
Marinade steaks or chops or chicken for at least 3 to 4 hours before grilling outside or broiling. Overnight marinading is best!
