Monkey Bread
Ingredients
¾ cup sugar
1-½ teaspoon cinnamon
4 packages buttermilk biscuits (10/pkg)
CARAMEL MIXTURE
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
¾ cup butter
Directions
Mix sugar and cinnamon in large zip lock bag. Cut buttermilk biscuits into quarters. Shake pieces of biscuit in sugar/cinnamon mixture. When coated, drop pieces into well buttered Bundt pan.
CARAMEL MIXTURE
Melt butter in sauce pan. Mix sugar and brown sugar into melted butter in sauce pan. Bring to a boil stirring frequently. Stir for a few minutes.
Pour caramel mixture over biscuits in Bundt pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
Let Monkey Bread set for a minute before removing from pan to set cinnamon/caramel mixture.
