Libby's Famous Pumpkin Pie Recipe
Makes two 9" pies
Ingredients
4 eggs
1 can (29 oz.) Libby's solid pack pumpkin
1-½ cu. sugar
1 t. salt
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. ginger
½ t. ground cloves
3 cu. evaporated milk (2 cans)
2 unbaked 9" pie crusts
Directions
Combine the filling ingredients in the order given. Pour into the prepared pie crusts. Bake at 425F for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350F. Bake an additional 40-50 minutes, or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool.
