Pie Cottage Cheese Filling

Uses standard, 9" pie crust

Ingredients

4 eggs
1-½ cu. sugar
4 T flour
½ t. salt
3 t. lemon juice
2 lbs. small curd cottage cheese - 1 lb. = 2 cups
¾ cu. sour cream

Directions

Beat together the eggs, sugar and flour. Gradually add the salt, lemon juice, cottage cheese and sour cream. Makes two 9" pies. Bake at 375F for about 45 minutes (until center is set!).
