Chocolate Cream Pie
Uses standard, 9" pie crust, *and* standard pie meringue
Ingredients
2 pkgs. Cook and Serve (Not Instant) Chocolate Pudding
3 eggs, separated
Directions
Prepare chocolate pudding, according to package directions, adding the 3 egg yolks and stirring in very well. Cool the pudding, stirring once in a while so that a skin does not form.
Prepare Meringue, according to the recipe.
Prepare and bake a 9" pie crust.
