Hearty Ham and Rice Bake
Ingredients
1 can cream of celery soup
½ cu. Half and half
½ cu. Shredded cheddar cheese
⅓ cu. Grated parmesan cheese
1 T onion grated
2 t. mustard (prepared mustard not dry)
⅓ t. black pepper
2 cu. Cooked rice
2 cu. Cooked ham
1 can drained green beans – I have also substituted asparagus for the beans
6 oz. can French fried onions
Directions
Combine soup and cream. Stir in cheeses, onion, mustard and pepper.
Add rice, ham and beans.
Spoon into lightly greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with the French friend onions. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour.
