Jonathan’s Meat(Y) Balls

Super simple meat balls. Good on a roll. Good on their own.

Ingredients

2 cans Italian stewed tomatoes (or one big one)
1 (or 2) cans cannelloni (white kidney) beans
3 tablespoons (or so) pesto (just regular, never tried the exotic ones)
Around 48oz cooked, frozen Italian meatballs (like 3/4 of the 4lb package - or however many you can jam in the crock pot.)

Directions

Rinse beans. Combine everything in crock pot. Add water to get crock pot about 1/2-3/4 fill line (about a cup usually)
On high, at least 3 hrs.

Cooking in crock pot on high for 3 hours and then in low for 3 more, works really well.

Be sure to include some of the congealed fat when reheating. Much better that way.
