Breakfast Casserole - Overnight Caramel French Toast

Eggs Casserole Breakfast NightBeforePrep

Ingredients

½ cu. (one stick) butter
1 cu firmly packed brown sugar
2 T light corn syrup

6 slices thick Texas toast
6 eggs
1 ½ cu. Milk
1 t. vanilla
Dash of Salt

Directions

Melt butter in saucepan. Add brown sugar and corn syrup. Mix well and cook for about 1 minute.
Using a 9x13 pan (sprayed with pam) pour brown sugar mixture into the bottom of the pan. Lay thick break slices on top of sugar mix.
Combine eggs, milk, vanilla and salt. Whip well. Pour egg mixture over bread.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45-60 minutes.
