This marinade works well on a pork loin roast. It is also very good for pork tenderloin that is cooked on a grill in the air fryer.

Ingredients

3 - 4 clove or 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
¾ c oil
¼ c soy sauce
1 tsp kosher salt
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1-½ - 2 Tbsp dry mustard
1 Tbsp pepper
¼ c wine vinegar
1 Tbsp chopped parsley

Marinade at least 4 hours
