Cracker Barrel Hashbrown Casserole Recipe / copycat
This casserole can be put together the night before and then baked in the AM
Ingredients
32 oz. frozen shredded hash browns
½ cup melted butter
1 (10-¼ ounce) can of cream of chicken soup
1 pint of sour cream
½ cup onion finely chopped
2 cups grated Colby cheese
¼ teaspoon pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients together.
Place in a greased 9x13 casserole dish.
Bake for 45 Minutes
