Salmon Fillets and Spinach

Really good. Really really easy

Ingredients

2 (or more) salmon fillets
1 chopped onion
1 lb. fresh Baby Spinach
Gyoza Dipping Sauce (from Trader Joe’s)

Directions

Spray baking dish
Add the fresh spinach
Sprinkle the chopped onions
Lightly salt if you wish
Add salmon fillets
Pour the dipping sauce over the salmon. (I used about 1/3 cup for two fillets
Cover tightly with foil
Bake at 400 degrees about 30 minutes.
