Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla

Really good. I found using shredded chicken just works better in terms of flipping the quesadilla over in the pan or on the griddle.

Chicken Bread 30-Or-Less Cheezy

Ingredients

4 - 8 inch or 10 inch tortillas
1/4 cup ranch dressing
Shredded cooked chicken
Crumbled bacon
1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese - or whatever cheese you choose to use

Directions

Spray pan with cooking spray.

Spread ranch dressing over the tortillas. Top half the tortilla with chicken, bacon, and cheese. Fold tortilla in half.

Cook quesadillas for about 3-4 minutes per side on medium heat.
Top with salsa and sour cream.

If you prefer - and I usually do - you can bake at 425 for 8-10 minutes. Be sure to spray your pan and also the top tortilla.
