Salmon with Avocado Salsa

Really good. And if by chance the avocados are looking not good, you can substitute store bought guacamole.

Ingredients

Salmon rub - using about 1 1/2 to 2 lbs Salmon Fillets

1 t olive oil
1 t salt
1 r chili powder
1 t paprika
1 t garlic powder
1/2 t black pepper

Avocado Salsa Ingredients

1 avocado chopped
1 tomato chopped
Small onion chopped
1/2 cup corn
2 t lime juice
2 T cilantro
Dash of garlic salt

Directions

Rub fillets on both sides with olive oil. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle spice rub over both sides of salmon.
Oven at 375. Wrap individual fillets in aluminum foil (I spray the foil with Pam). Place in a baking dish. Bake for approximately 25 minutes. Time depends on thickness of the salmon.

Mix salsa ingredients together.

Top salmon with salsa. Enjoy
