Italian Drunken Noodles

So good. So easy. So reheatable.

Pasta Pasta 30-To-An-Hour

Ingredients

1 lb bulk sausage
1 t Italian seasoning
1 t salt
1/2 t black pepper
Diced red, yellow and orange peppers
Diced small onion
4 minced cloves of garlic
1/2 cup white wine
1 can Can diced tomatoes
2 T chopped parsley
1-2 t dried basil
8 oz spaghetti

Directions

Heat 2T olive oil in heavy pot. Crumble the sausage and allow to brown. When done remove the sausage and set aside.
Put the diced onion and peppers, salt, Italian seasonings, and black pepper into the pot and sauté for about 2 minutes.
Add garlic and cook a minute longer. Now add wine and allow it to reduce to about half. About 3-4 minutes. Add tomatoes and their juice and return sausage to the pot. Gently simmer for about 4 minutes. Turn off heat.
Add about 2 T olive oil to the sauce and stir. Stir in parsley and basil.
Prepare pasta and then drain. Add the pasta into the sauce and gently stir.
Serve with Parmesan Cheese.
