Ingredients

1 pkg pork tenderloin - should contain 2 tenderloins
ΒΌ cup soy sauce
3 T honey
3 T olive oil
2 T orange juice
2 T Dijon mustard
3-4 minced garlic cloves
2 t dried Rosemary
Black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking pan with Pam. Place tenderloins in the pan.
In small bowl whisk together the listed ingredients.
Cut slits in top of the pork to about halfway through. About 6 slits cut in each.
Pour sauce over the pork.
Bake for approximately 1 hour - spooning the sauce over the meat every 15 minutes.
Remove pork from the oven and allow to sit for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
