Ingredients

1 lb. Italian Sweet Sausage
Diced onion
3 large cloves garlic, minced
4 cups baby spinach - I used frozen chopped spinach, but I did call it a baby
7 cups chicken broth
2 T tomato paste
2 t Italian seasoning
1 t dried basil
1 cup dried pasta - I used elbow macaroni for this.

Directions

Brown sausage. Add onion and cook until onion is soft. Add garlic and cook a little longer
Now, put sausage mixture in crockpot. Add Italian seasoning and basil
Add spinach, broth and tomato paste. Mix well.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
After soup is done, cook pasta as directed on package. Drain. Now add to your soup.
