Bagel breakfast casserole

So easy. Can be made the night before. This recipe will fill a 9x13 baking dish. In the interest of keeping honest, I use both precooked sausage and bacon for this recipe.

Ingredients

3-4 everything bagels
4 eggs
1 ¼ cu half and half
1 t salt
⅛ t pepper
½ lb bacon
1 lb sausage
1 small diced onion
1 small diced green pepper
2 cu shredded cheddar

Directions

Cut up the bagels making the pieces fairly small.
Combine the half and half, eggs, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well.
Add the bagel pieces to the cream mixture and coat well.
Add the cooked bacon and sausage to the bagel mixture.
Sauté the onion and the green pepper. Add to the bowl.
Add the cheddar cheese and mix well.

Spray baking dish with cooking spray. You can cover the casserole with aluminum foil if you wish. I do not.
Bake at 350 about 1 hour. Let casserole rest for about 10 minutes before cutting.
