Four Cheese Garlic Shrimp Pasta
This sauce tastes very much like the sauce the Olive Garden makes for their chicken and shrimp carbonara
Ingredients
1 lb cooked shrimp
1T olive oil
2T butter
5 garlic cloves, minced
8 oz spaghetti
Chicken bouillon cube dissolved in 1cup hot water
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups Italian cheese blend (mozzarella, white cheddar, provolone, asiago)
1t Salt
1T pepper
Directions
in large skillet add shrimp, minced garlic, olive oil and butter. Cook about 2 minutes on medium heat. Remove from heat and set shrimp and garlic aside.
Cook spaghetti and drain.
Using same skillet, add the cooked spaghetti, chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a boil stirring frequently. Once the cream boils, add the cheese and keep stirring to melt. reduce heat to simmer and continue
to cook and stir for 2 minutes.
Add in the shrimp and garlic and mix gently to combine.
