I do not usually like any casserole recipe that uses cream of something soup. Don't remember why but I decided to try this one and the result is really delicious

Ingredients

4 thin sliced medium potatoes
4 boneless pork chops
1 env. Onion soup mix
1 can cream of something soup
1\4 cup milk
Salt and pepper

Directions

you can brown the chops if you like. I don't bother.
Spray casserole before using.
In medium casserole dish, add layer of potato slices.
Add layer of pork chops.
Mix onion soup, cream of ? Soup and the milk. Pour over pork and potatoes.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour - uncovered.
