Korean Ground Beef
So easy. So quick to make.
Can be served over rice, but I prefer rice noodles.
Reheats well.
Ingredients
1 lb. Ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup soy sauce
2t sesame oil (I used Olive oil)
¼t ground ginger (I used ginger paste and used 1t)
¼t red pepper flakes
Sliced green onion for garnish
Rice noodles - cooked according to package directions and rinsed in tepid water.
Directions
Using large skillet - crumble ground beef, add garlic, and cook over medium heat until beef is no longer pink.
Whisk together the brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger, oil, and red pepper flakes.
Pour over beef and garlic and simmer for a few more minutes.
When rice noodles are done add them to the skillet and mix.
Serve with sprinkle of green onions.
