Easy, Easy Clam Chowder

Ingredients

1 pkg. of Bear Creek Potato Cheddar Soup Mix
½ lb. turkey bacon
Onion
Celery
Canned Clams and their juice

Directions

In a little bit of canola or olive oil, fry up bacon bits. When almost done, add onion and celery and cook for a few more minutes. Remove bacon and onion and celery from pan.
Set aside

Make soup according to package directions, using the clam juice as part of the amount of water called for.

When soup is just about done, add in the clams, the bacon and onion and celery. Refrigerate overnight for best flavors.
