Cheese Ravioli and Spinach Soup

Pasta Soup

Ingredients

¼ cu. Margarine
½ lb. sliced Mushrooms
¼ cu. Chopped Onions
2 cans Swanson Broth - I used one can Beef and one can Vegetable
1 lb. frozen cheese ravioli
Pinch of Allspice
6 ounces fresh spinach (roughly chopped)

Directions

Saute Mushrooms and Chopped Onions in Margarine until just beginning to get soft. Remove mushrooms and onions from pan. Bring broth to a boil. Add Ravioli and Allspice. Return to boil and simmer for approximately 10 minutes. Just before serving, stir in mushrooms and onions and fresh spinach.

Serves 4 as part of a meal, or 2 as a meal in itself.
