Shrimp and Rice Casserole

This recipe is from Doris Biscoe (who anchored Channel 7 news in Detroit for a long time). It is really good!

FishAndSeafood Casserole

Ingredients

3 cu. cooked rice
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can diced tomatoes
2 stalks celery, chopped
½ lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
1 cu. melted margarine
1 t. salt
⅛ t. pepper
1 t. dillweed
1 t. basil
1 lb. cooked shrimp

Directions

Mix all above ingredients together with melted butter. Bake in casserole sprayed with non-stick cooking spray at 325F for about 45 minutes.
