Rub for Roast Beef, Pork, Lamb, Chicken

Ingredients
¼ cup of mustard - I used Grey Poupon, Country Mustard kind
¼ cup of olive oil
2 T Thyme
2 T Rosemary
1 t minced garlic
salt
pepper
Directions
Mix up rub and then rub into the roast on all sides; roast in oven as usual
