Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms
Mushrooms full of stuff. Good times.
Ingredients
1 lb. medium mushrooms (about 24)
¼ cu. finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ cu. margarine
½ cu. bread crumbs
¼ cu. grated Parmesan cheese
2 t. parsley flakes
1 t. salt
½ t. basil
¼ t. pepper
Directions
Cut stems from mushrooms. Chop the stems finely. In skillet, melt margarine and sauté mushroom stems, onion, and garlic over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in all the remaining ingredients.
Fill the mushroom caps with the stuffing mixture. Spray baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place mushrooms in baking dish and bake at 350F for l5 minutes. Serve immediately.
