Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip
The good one.
Ingredients
1 (15 oz) can artichoke hearts (not marinated)
1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
½ cu chopped marinated red pepper
4 oz. mozzarella cheese (shredded)
½ t garlic salt
1 cu mayonnaise
1 cu parmesan cheese
Directions
Drain artichoke hearts and cut into small pieces. Add remaining ingredients and mix.
Put into 1 qt. casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve Warm with tortilla chips or Pita bread.
