Potatoes Romanoff

Potato Casserole Cheezy

Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, peeled, cooked and coarsely grated
1 onion, chopped
1-¼ cu. grated Cheddar Cheese
1-¼ cu. sour cream
1 cu. milk
Pepper
½ t. nutmeg

Directions

Grease casserole dish. Add grated potatoes. Add onions and half the cheese. Combine sour cream, milk and pepper. Pour over potatoes and cheese. Then top with remaining cheese and nutmeg.

Chill for 2 hours or overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 40 minutes. Serves 6.
