Potato Pancakes

The semi-smooth ones.

Ingredients

1 egg
1 t. onion powder
1 t. salt
1 cu. flour
2 cu. milk
6 med. potatoes, peeled and grated

Directions

Combine egg, flour and milk in the electric mixer. Add potatoes, a bit at a time, and mix until smooth. Heat griddle to about 400F. Fry pancakes, using about 4 T of batter for each. Fry until both sides are brown. Serves 6.
