Chili

Hot and filling, not too spicy.

Beef Casserole CrockPot

Ingredients

1-½ lb. ground chuck
Garlic Salt
Black Pepper
1 lg. chopped onion
1 green pepper, chopped
1 lg. can kidney beans or 1 lg. can chili beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 T sugar
2 T Worcestershire Sauce

Directions

In skillet, brown ground chuck. Add garlic salt, pepper, onion, and green pepper. Cook until onion and pepper are tender. Add beans and diced tomatoes. Add sugar and Worcestershire Sauce.

Chili can now be put in the Crock Pot and cooked on low for 4-8 hours. If not using Crock Pot, leave in Dutch Oven and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours on low. Serve over elbow macaroni, egg noodles or rice, or not!
