Waffles
Tasty waffles. No Belgians allowed.
Ingredients
2 eggs
2 cu. milk
4 t. baking powder
2 cu. Flour
½ t. salt
6 T melted butter or margarine
Directions
With mixer, beat eggs well. Beat in milk. Then beat in flour, baking powder, and melted butter or margarine. Waffle batter can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight.
Bake in electric waffle iron. Yield: 8 to 10 Waffles.
