Mustard Glazed Corned Beef

Slow cooker recipe.

Beef Casserole CrockPot

Ingredients

1 Corned Beef Brisket (about 5-6 lbs.)
1 medium onion, sliced
1 celery stalk, sliced
1 lg. carrot, sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed or minced

Mustard Glaze

⅔ cu. brown sugar
2 T prepared mustard
2 T catsup
Mix sugar, mustard, catsup. Spread on meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Directions

Put beef brisket into Crock Pot. Cover with water. Add onion, celery, carrot, and garlic. Cook on low for 8 hours (more than 8 hours is OK too). Remove from Crock Pot. Discard liquid and vegetables. Let beef sit approximately 10 minutes to make slicing easier. Slice meat thin and arrange on heat-proof serving platter.
