Stuffed Peppers
Slow cooker, long time recipe.
Ingredients
For Filling:
3 cu. cooked rice
1-½ lb. uncooked ground beef (ground chuck works well)
Garlic salt
Pepper
Oregano
Peppers: Use Green, Red or Yellow Peppers.
Directions
Combine the above listed filling ingredients.
Wash and clean peppers. Fill and place in Crock Pot on low for 6-8 hours. If you only want to use one or two whole peppers, use up the rest of the filling by forming portions into a ball and putting in the Pot. Cover peppers with tomato sauce, vegetable juice, or Tomato juice.
