Chicken Cacciatore
The red, skinless one.
Ingredients
1 - 2 cut up frying chickens, with skin removed
Tomato Sauce
flour
garlic salt
pepper
1 lb. Spaghetti
½ cu. margarine (melted)
1 t. garlic powder
Directions
Wash chicken pieces and coat with flour. In Dutch oven, brown chicken pieces until just brown. After all the chicken has been browned, return it to the dutch oven and pour sauce over it. Cover and cook for about 45 minutes until thickest pieces of chicken are done. Put chicken on serving platter and pour sauce into separate bowl.
In large pot of boiling water, cook Spaghetti according to package directions. In microwave, melt margarine and garlic powder. When Spaghetti is done, drain and pour garlic mixture on pasta. Serve with chicken and sauce.
