Italian Skillet Dinner
Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 cu. chopped onions
1 cu. chopped green pepper
½ cu. chopped celery
1 T garlic salt
½ t. pepper
2 cu. diced tomatoes with liquid
2 cu. elbow macaroni, uncooked
2 cu. water
Directions
Brown beef in large skillet or Dutch oven. Add onions, green pepper and celery. Saute until tender, but not brown. Add all remaining ingredients and stir to blend. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer, tightly covered, for 15 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
Serve with Crusty Bread.
