Manicotti
The roll full-o-cheese one.
Ingredients
1 lb. Lasagna noodles, cooked and drained and cooled
1 recipe tomato sauce
Combine:
1 container small-curd cottage cheese
3 cu. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 T garlic salt
½ t. pepper
1 t. Oregano
1 t. Basil
2 eggs, beaten
Directions
Spread cheese mixture down the center of each Lasagna noodle. Roll up noodle. Cover bottom of baking pan with tomato sauce. Continue filling and rolling noodles until cheese is used up. Cover rolls with more tomato sauce. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at 325F for about 1 hour. Let sit for about 10 minutes for easier serving.
